Castro during the First Monday Flag Ceremony held at Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan, recognizing his achievement as he won 1^st Place in Best Urban and Peri-Urban Farms 2023 (National Level) awarded by the Department of Agriculture during the celebration of National Farmers and Fisherfolks Month last May 15.
