Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando (center) wades through flood water to lead the prompt distribution of relief goods to some of the 8,343 affected families from Barangays Corazon, Sapang Bayan, Gatbuca, Frances, Calizon and San Marcos in Calumpit, Bulacan yesterday due to Southwest monsoon enhanced by the Typhoons Egay and Falcon. With him are Provincial Information Officer Katrina Anne B. Balingit, Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Rowena J. Tiongson, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Manuel M. Lukban, Jr. and some employees of the Provincial Government of Bulacan.
