Governor Daniel R. Fernando holds the two Plaques of Achievement of the Province of Bulacan for being the Top 1 among all provinces in Central Luzon for obtaining the Highest Nominal Locally Sourced Revenue of 3,237,800,946.86 and Top 3 for obtaining a 12% Year on Year Growth in Locally Sourced Revenues both for the year 2021 given by the Department of Finance-Bureau of Local Government Finance Region 3 at the Subic Grand Harbour Hotel, Subic, Zambales last June 22, 2022.
