The Provincial Youth, Sports, Employment and Development Office (PYSEDO) in partnership with the Bulacan Sports Council Federation, Inc.is now accepting enrollment applications for this year’s sports clinic that will teach 12 sports disciplines.

Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said the sports program will offer training in Arnis, Aikido, Athletics (run, jump and throw), Badminton, Basketball, Volleyball, Taekwondo, Chess, Lawn Tennis, Gymnastics, Football and Swimming.

“I encourage the parents to enroll their children so that they will make the most of their summer vacation by learning new sports, leading them to healthy and active lifestyle,” Alvarado said.

The said sports clinic will be available in three venues in this city namely Villa Arman Resort in Barangay Caniogan, Red Oil Badminton Court in Barangay Tikay and Bulacan Sports Complex in Barangay Sta. Isabel.

PYSEDO Head Elizabeth Alonzo said each sport has a set of requirements in terms of age, schedules and batches, venues and registration fees.

“Mayroon po tayong mga ipinagawang IEC materials para po malaman ng mga magulang kung saang sport nababagay ang kanilang mga anak. Gusto po natin na maging makabuluhan at produktibo ang kanilang bakasyon kaya po tayo nagsasagawa ng ganitong gawain,” Alonzo said.
