Governor Daniel R. Fernando graces the Grand Launch and Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Northwin Global City (NGC) held at the Northwin Global City Information Center in Barangay Patubig, Marilao, Bulacan recently and presents the upcoming government projects that will soon make the province the next global destination such as the MRT 7, North South Commuter Railway Project and The New Manila International Airport. He also clarified that there will be no such thing as North, South, East and West neither Metro Bulacan and the province is still united as one. INSET: The 16-hectare Northwin Main Street that will be highlighted with high-rise residential condominiums, hotels, malls, commercial buildings, educational institutions and company buildings.
