Zyrill Jane Jacinto, the designer of the Palaisdaan Festival Costume of Hagonoy who bagged the first place, took home P30,000 during the virtual awarding ceremony of Singkaban Festival Costume Expo 2021 yesterday through the Bulacan Tourism Facebook livestreaming. INSET: The actual Palaisdan Festival costume made from rubber, foams and leather to create an optical illusion of a sea adventure is on display at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Museum during the weeklong celebration of Singkaban Festival.
