Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro pay their last respects to slain PLTCOL. Marlon G. Serna, Acting Chief of Police of San Miguel MPS, at his wake in Nueva Ecija recently. Serna was killed during a follow-up investigation and operation regarding a robbery incident in Brgy. San Juan, San Miguel and while on a hot pursuit operation at Brgy. Buhol na Mangga in San Ildefonso, Bulacan last Saturday, March 25, 2023.  With them are  Provincial Information Officer Katrina Anne B.  Balingit and members of the Philippine National Police.
