Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro confer the “Natatanging Babae 2024” award to Jonnah L. Garcia of the City of Malolos during the Gawad Medalyang Ginto 2024 held at The Pavilion in Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan last March 12, 2024 in recognition of her invaluable contributions to the province and served as inspiration and movers of programs that uplifted the well-being and welfare of women. Beside Garcia is “Natatanging Babae 2023” Ma. Gladys C. Sta. Rita from the town of Marilao who transferred her title to Garcia.
