PHOTO RELEASE – FILING OF MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Governor Daniel R. Fernando, Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro, and Provincial Administrator Antonia V. Constantino hold copies of the Motion for Reconsideration filed before the Supreme Court yesterday, regarding the decision of the Honorable Court en Banc which ruled that the appropriated dam water is not to be considered national wealth, and therefore, not subject to the national wealth tax. Also present in the filing are the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Bulacan and the legal team of Fernando.
