The Philippine Red Cross with Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando distribute an envelope containing P3,500 cash to one of the 100 beneficiaries of multi-purpose cash assistance to selected families in Bulacan held at The Pavilion in Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan earlier today.
