Members of the Bulacan State University’s (BulSU) Cinephilia proudly present the copy of the Kapasiyahan Blg. 006-T’19 awarded to them by the Provincial Government of Bulacan through Provincial Administrator Eugenio C. Payongayong during the Monday Flag Ceremony held today at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan, which states the greetings of the PGB for bagging the Best Short Film for their short flick entitled “Kasilyas” during the 2018 Metro Manila Film Festival Awards Night held last December 27, 2018 at The Theater, Solaire, Parañaque City.
