Governor Daniel R. Fernando believes that the success of the objective to promote the survival, development, protection, and participation rights of the children depends on the careful planning and effective implementation of the programs for them.

Meanwhile, Rex Education CEO Don Timothy I. Buhain said that the initiative celebrates not only ideals, but recognizes actual results, and that the education champions’ passion and hardwork have not gone unnoticed.

“Your efforts and projects that bore fruits resulting to improved learning, better services, and hopefully, better quality of life, realized outcomes and experience that at the end of the day will advance people’s causes,” Buhain said.
