Governor Daniel R. Fernando meets with the representatives of North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) to discuss the updates and action plan regarding the issues in the RFID system held in the Governor’s Official Residence, Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday. Also present in the meeting are Provincial Planning and Development Officer Arlene G. Pascual, Provincial Legal Officer Gabriel A. Silvera and Engr. Randy Po of PPDO.
