PHOTO RELEASE – LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE TO BULACAN FISHERFOLKS

Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro award the Certificate of Grant to 11 out of 15 recipients of the PGB-funded marine engines that was given during the Distribution of Livelihood Assistance to Fisherfolks that took place at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan recently.
