Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado leads the ribbon cutting ceremony to officially open the Job and Livelihood Fair today held at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan as part of the 2018 Labor Day celebration in the country. Joining him during the ceremony are (L-R) Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Director Grace Corazon C. Castillo, Provincial Youth, Sports and Public Employment Service Office Head Elizabeth Alonzo, Department of Labor and Employment Bulacan Field Office Head May Lynn Gozun and Department of Trade and Industry Bulacan Provincial Director Zorina D. Aldana.
