PHOTO RELEASE – IN HONOR OF HUSENG BATUTE

Cultural Center of the Philippines artists perform Balagtasan pieces like ‘Bulaklak ng Lahing Kalinis-linisan’, ‘Bubuyog’ and ‘Paruparo’ among others in remembrance of the life and contributions of the Bulakenyo poet and author, Jose Corazon de Jesus, also known as Huseng Batute in Philippine literature, music and culture, during the Ang Pagbabalik Tanaw sa Unang Hari ng Balagtasan held at the Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday.
