Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Provincial Human Resource Management Office OIC-Head Jose Fernando Manahan hold the certificate of recognition awarded by the Civil Service Commission Regional Office III after the Provincial Government of Bulacan through the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO) was recognized for obtaining Level 2 (Enhanced Indicators) in the system Recruitment, Selection and Placement under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) during the Flag Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan last Monday.
