Governor Daniel R. Fernando receives the documents from the representatives of Hyundai Philippines for the new unit of Hyundai 100 earlier today in front of the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan which will be used as a dog impounding vehicle according to the memorandum of agreement signed between the Provincial Government of Bulacan and Japan International Cooperation Agency-Japan and Philippines One Health Against Rabies (JICA-JAPOHR).
