Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro with Board Member Cezar Mendoza award the plaque containing the printed copy of Resolution No. 309-T’2022 to PS/SUPT. Ferdinand Torres Navarro which states, “Isang kapasiyahan na nagpapaabot ng mataas na pagkilala at pagbati ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Bulacan, sa pangunguna ng Punong Lalawigan, Igg. Daniel R. Fernando at ng bumubuo ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Bulacan, sa pangunguna ng Pangalawang Punong Lalawigan, Igg. Alexis C. Castro, kay PS/Supt. Ferdinand Torres Navarro sa kanyang pagkakatalaga bilang Police Brigadier General (PBGEN) ng Philippine National Police (PNP) Regional Internal Affairs Service (AIS)” during the flag raising ceremony yesterday at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Prior to this, Navarro was also appointed as the Director of the Regional Internal Affairs Service on February 22, 2022.
