Provincial Administrator Eugenio Payongayong and Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Officer Dr. Eliseo Dela Cruz hand over the trophy and cash prize worth P70,000 to the Bulacan State University’s Lahing Kayumanggi Dance Troupe after bagging the first place in the Katutubong Sayaw Competition in KBS Rewaynd held recently at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, as part of the celebration of Singkaban Festival 2015.
