PHOTO RELEASE – BEST BULACAN FESTIVAL COSTUME

Provincial Administrator Antonette V. Constantino, representative of Governor Daniel R. Fernando, and Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Officer Dr. Eliseo S. Dela Cruz award the gift check worth P40,000 and a trophy to John Errol P. Pascual from Calumpit town for winning first place in the Bulacan Festival Costume Expo during the awarding ceremony last Wednesday at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan. Also in the photo are Calumpit Tourism Officer Sherryl Pangan and Municipal Councilor Mau Ilagan Torres. INSET: The winning masterpiece of Pascual which is a modern Katipunero outfit inspired by Trinidad Perez Tecson known as the “Ina ng Biak-na-Bato” and “Ina ng Pulang Krus”.
