Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando receives a certificate of appreciation and a token from PCol. Relly B. Arnedo, OIC of Bulacan Police Provincial Office (BPPO), for gracing the event as the guest of honor during the activation of Tactical Motorcycle Riding Unit (TMRU) Program held at the grounds of Camp General Alejo S. Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan recently and for his continuous support to BPPO’s programs. INSET: A total of 14 motorcycles which will be used to pursue criminal offenders.
