PHOTO RELEASE – AMPHIBIOUS VEHICLES FOR BULACAN

Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Manuel M. Lukban walk around the newly acquired three and 18-seater  amphibious vehicles of the Provincial Government of Bulacan, designed to strengthen the province’s disaster response capabilities for quicker and more efficient emergency operations, as Rev. Msgr. Pablo Legaspi conducts the blessing ceremony before they  are deployed during the Blessing and Turn-over of New Disaster Response Vehicles to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office held coinciding the Monday Flag Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan. With them are Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro and Arnel Cabantog, Chairman of Brgy. Masili who assisted in the construction of the new response vehicles.
