PHOTO RELEASE – ADMIRING THE VIEW

Bulakenyo artist Andrew Alto de Guzman presents one of his artworks to Governor Daniel R. Fernando during the 4th One-Man Art Exhibition entitled HomAge: 30 Years of Art at the Guillermo E. Tolentino Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Cultural Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan coinciding the opening day of the Singkaban Festival 2022. The said sculpture is entitled We! The Weeders of Life, an assemblage from old farm weeders in connection to his advocacy on agricultural conservation and a call to action to take out the grass in the society wherein he describes grass as bad traits, exploitation, and illegal conversion of agricultural lands among others.
