“Let’s work arm in arm to promote this legacy” – Fernando
CITY OF MALOLOS– Governor Daniel R. Fernando called on his fellow Bulakenyos to continue the legacy of Singkaban Festival by supporting the whole week of activities dedicated to honor the rich culture and heritage of the Province of Bulacan during the Grand Opening held in front of the Capitol building in this city today.

According to the People’s Governor, Bulacan takes pride as the province with the biggest concentration of national artists in almost every category.
He also announced that he will soon inaugurate the Dulaang Filipino, one of his priority projects as a television and theater actor himself, that aims to discover future artists and actors.
Meanwhile, for his part, Department of Tourism Secretary Maria Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco’s representative Undersecretary Ferdinand “Cocoy” Jumapao saluted the Bulakenyos for being resilient despite the challenges brought by the pandemic.
