Hundreds of PGB employees participate in Kapitolyo for Life: Zumvibes, promote healthy lifestyle

CITY OF MALOLOS – Approximately 400 Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB) employees busted a move at the electrifying Zumba Fitness event during the Definitely Fit Zumvibes program, organized by the Provincial Government of Bulacan through the Provincial Administrator’s Office, Provincial Health Office-Public Health, and the Provincial Human Resource and Management Office, which aims to promote a healthy lifestyle among the Capitol workforce.

The activity that took place at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center in this city recently was designed to get everyone up and moving, destress, and build stronger bonds among colleagues in a fun and interactive way.

Led by the talented actor/dancer Wowie De Guzman and Zumba pro Tops Cordell, participants grooved to high-energy routines set to lively music, making fitness a blast for all.

Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro emphasized that Zumba isn’t just a workout – it’s a celebration of health and happiness.

“Mahalaga rin sa empleyado na mapanatili nila ang magandang pangangatawan habang nagtatrabaho. Maganda ring bonding ito kasama ang mga kaibigan, mas nagdadala ng kasiyahan at sigla sa bawat isa,” the vice governor said.

To further promote health and well-being, Ulysses J. Rengel, Sports Director of the University of the Assumption-Pampanga, shared valuable insights on maintaining a healthy work-life balance and making smart choices about nutrition and exercise.
