Cruz Memorial Elementary of Bocaue, Bulacan showcase their impressive talents in poetry debate and bagged the championship title during the Balagtasan Competition in KBS Rewaynd, which is one of the highlights of the weeklong celebration of Singkaban Festival 2015, held yesterday at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Malolos City.
