Rodrigo Duterte and head of the Presidential Legislative and Liaison Office (PLLO), as he was hailed as the Outstanding Large Animal Raiser during the Department of Agriculture’s 46th National Gawad Saka held at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City, Metro Manila last December 12, 2016.
