Department of Health-Bulacan Representative Dr. Emily Paulino hands over the Deed of Donation of the Dental Health Bus to Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado and Vice Gov. Daniel R. Fernando to ensure equal access of dental and health care services in the province during the ceremonial turn-over held in front of Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos yesterday.
