Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado and Vice Gov. Daniel R. Fernando recognize Xela Daprenine M. Pualengco, Taekwondo Light Weight Division Gold Medalist, during the Monday Flag Ceremony held at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday. Pualengco won during the Batang Pinoy Nationals held at the University of Baguio, Baguio City, Benguet last September 17 to 21, 2018. Also in the photo are (from left) Board Members Ramilito B.
