Fernando encourages Bulakenyos to register to vote
CITY OF MALOLOS- Governor Daniel R. Fernando persuades the Bulakenyos to register at the Commission on Elections’ Voters’ Registration that started last February 15 and will last until September 30, 2021 in order to vote on the upcoming 2022 Presidential Election.
Although voting is not compulsory, Fernando said that it is a civic duty and a crucial part of our democracy that determines the future of our country.
To register, Bulakenyos may visit https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ or go to the COMELEC office in their respective city or municipality.
Atty. Mona Ann T. Aldana-Campos, Provincial Election Supervisor of COMELEC Bulacan, reminded that IATF required public health standards should be strictly implemented and required the registrants to wear face mask and face shield and encouraged them to bring their own black ballpen.
Also, she reiterated to visit COMELEC offices on Tuesdays to Saturdays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm as all COMELEC offices will have no transactions on Mondays for disinfection. ###
