Provincial Administrator Antonette V. Constantino, representing Gov. Daniel R. Fernando, and Provincial History, Arts, Culture and Tourism Officer Dr. Eliseo S. Dela Cruz award the check worth P80,000 and a trophy to Hagonoy Tourism Officer John Paul Manlapaz after the Hagonoy town won first place on Singkaban ng Bayan: Arc Making Competition coinciding the awarding ceremony of Indakan Sa Kalye 2022 held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan. INSET: The winning entry of Hagonoy entitled ‘Arkong Kinayas ng Hagonoy 2022” featuring the town’s patron and the National Shrine of Sta. Ana on board a small boat symbolizing the Palaisdaan Festival with designs made of old farming and fishing tools, lanterns, plants and flowers made of bamboo.
