Up Dharma Down all set to play good music in Singkaban Festival 2018

CITY OF MALOLOS- “Tadhana”, “Oo”,” and Luna” are some of the songs that Bulakenyos will enjoy as Up Dharma Down, an all Filipino band, rocks the Bulacan Sports Complex in this city for the opening salvo of Singkaban Festival 2018 on September 8 at 6 pm.

The performance of the popular band is one of the highlights of Singkaban Festival 2018 with the theme “Pamanang Kalinangan ng Nakaraan, Gabay sa Maunlad na Kinabukasan” that aims to entertain Bulakenyos through a night of feel good music.

Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado said the free concert will add fun, excitement and color to the celebration of the annual festival for the enjoyment of Bulakenyos.

“Musika ang isa sa mga nagbibigkis sa mga Bulakenyo sapagkat likas sa atin ang pagkamahiligin sa musika. Kaya naman sa pakikipagtulungan ng Smart Communication, hatid ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa mga Bulakenyo ang isang gabi ng libre at masayang konsiyerto,” Alvarado said.

Prior the main act, some Bulakenyo local bands will also showcase their talents before thousands of Bulakenyos.

Smart Communication, which is the sponsor of the concert, also expressed their gratitude to the PGB for the opportunity to be part of the annual festival.

After the concert, vibrant colors will paint the night sky as the participants in the “Pasiklaban sa Singkaban” show off their world-class pyrotechnics at 8 pm.

Meanwhile, the governor reminds those who will attend the event to stay safe and keep the peace and orderliness for a happier celebration of the festivity.
