Raymond Lauchengco to serenade Bulakenyos in a free concert

CITY OF MALOLOS – Filipino actor, concert and recording artist Raymond Lauchengco will serenade the Bulakenyos on Sun Governor’s Night, a free concert, on September 11, 2019, 6 pm at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium here.

Lauchengco will be singing hit songs in the ‘80s like ‘I need you back’, ‘Farewell’, ‘So it’s you’ and ‘Saan darating ang umaga’ among others.

He has performed in over 30 countries as a concert and recording artist and has directed numerous international live events while documenting both his personal and business travels in digital and film photographs.

As an actor, he is known for his movies, ‘Saan darating ang umaga?’ in 1983, ‘Langit at Lupa’ in 1988 and ‘Bagets’ in 1984.

The said free concert is a first come, first serve basis and concert goers should come early to reserve a seat.

Being an artist himself, Gov. Daniel R. Fernando said that surely, Bulakenyos will be entertained and will have a great night filled with throwback music that they can relate to.

“Tulad n’yo, looking forward din ako sa concert na ito dahil masasabi kong panahon natin ‘to. At alam ko na kahit ang mga kabataan ngayon, millennial man o GenX, maka-relate sa mga aawitin ni Raymond Lauchengco,” the governor quipped.

The free concert is made possible through the efforts of the PGB and Sun Cellular.
