Provincial Government of Bulacan is ISO 9001:2015 certified anew

CITY OF MALOLOS – The Provincial of Government of Bulacan once again received the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certificate for the “Provision of Public Service to the Constituents of Bulacan” this morning coinciding the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium in this city.

TUV Rheinland Philippines, Inc. Managing Director, Mr. Tristan Arwen Loveres formally awarded the certification to Vice Governor Daniel R. Fernando.

“Nagpapasalamat kami, kasama si Gob. Alvarado sa lahat ng tinatanggap na papuri at parangal ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Bulacan. Sa lahat ng mga kawani at pinuno ng tanggapan na nagsisikap at patuloy na nagtatrabaho, salamat po. Ipagpatuloy po natin ang pagkakaisa, pagsisikap at pagbibigay ng sakripisyo para sa ating mga kalalawigan. Congratulations po sa ating lahat!” Fernando said.

This certification specifies requirements for a quality management system. It is a standard that effectively applies the processes for improvement of a system.

Loveres said that ISO is a world class standard where organizations who comply with it assure its customers of a consistent delivery of quality services.

The PGB previously acquired the ISO certification on June 30 2016 coinciding the “Sabayang Panunumpa sa Tungkulin ng mga Bagong Halal na Opisyal sa Lalawigan ng Bulacan” and received the first ISO 9001:2015 certification on May 29, 2018 during the launch of “Invest Bulacan” held at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan.

The ISO 9001:2015 certification is the 141st award that the PGB has received and is valid from May 6, 2019 to May 5, 2022.
