House Speaker and Leyte First District Representative Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez lead the wreath-laying ceremony before the monument of General Emilio Aguinaldo together with Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando and PNP Regional Director PBGEN. Jose S.
