Bulacan Environment and Natural Resources Officer Atty. Julius Victor C. Degala presents the plaque of recognition to Governor Daniel R. Fernando last Monday during the Flag Ceremony held at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan after The Provincial Government of Bulacan was recognized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for their Outstanding Support in the Implementation of Ecological Solid Waste Management recently.
