Fernando, Chairman of BUCAA, demonstrate his unwavering dedication to supporting the young athletes of Bulacan by signing the pledge of commitment board during the Grand Launching of the Bulacan University and Collegiate Athletic Association (BUCAA) at the EDSA Shangri-la, Manila. Also present in the photo are Board Member Casey Tyrone E. Howard, President of the Provincial Federation of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), and Atty. Nikki Manuel S.
