The Provincial Government of Bulacan through Provincial Administrator Eugenio C. Payongayong hands over the copy of “KAPASIYAHAN BLG. 027-T’19” to Rhodalyn M. Caluag during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony this morning held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan for being the first educator all over the world who was granted scholarship from NASA Space Training in US Space and Rocket Center (USSRC) in Huntsville, Alabama, USA through Honeywell Education and Space Academy (HESA).
