Provincial Civil Security and Jail Management Office personnel participate in the “Custodial Intervention Seminar in the Bulacan Provincial Jail” last November 8, 9, 15 and 22 that was held at the Provincial Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan where the primary objective is to improve the skills and proficiency of the custodial force of the Bulacan Provincial Jail and to help boost their confidence in handling various scenarios that they might encounter while on duty.
