Gov. Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado inspects the on-going upgrading, rehabilitation and improvement of the 16,251.64 sq. m. provincial road along the Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan worth P89,000,785.17 which is expected to be finished on January 6, 2018.
