Bulacan Gov. Daniel R. Fernando delivers his first State of the Province Address before hundreds of Bulakenyos including Vice Gov. Wilhelmino M. Aquino, Jr. Hall, Provincial Capitol Building, City of Malolos, Bulacan today wherein he discussed his People’s Agenda 10 or the 10 priority projects that his administration will focus on in his term.
