Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro together with the employees from the Enforcement and Natural Resources Divisions of the Bulacan Environment and Natural Resources Office headed by Atty. Julius Victor Degala while presenting the certificates from the Mines and Geosciences Bureau as they were deputized to augment the capacity of the said national agency in the provincial level in terms of program implementation and enforcement of law during the Monday Flag Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan last Monday.
