Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro with the Bulakenyo Taekwando medalists during the Monday Flag Ceremony held at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan yesterday, who won 13 medals in the 6th Heroes Taekwondo International Championship 2023 held in Bangkok, Thailand last July 2023, and 12 medals in the Bangkok KPNP Open International Taekwondo Championship last November 2023.
