Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro recognize the winners and official representatives of Bulacan in various competitions during the Monday Flag Ceremony at the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium, City of Malolos, Bulacan including Antonio Ibañez, who won the title of Mr. Humanity Universe 2024, Jerome Dahan and Urish Manalad, who were champions in the Solo Division of Battleground Philippines 2024, John Alvin Mendoza, a candidate for Mr. Island Tourism Philippines 2024, and Chelsea Anne Manalo, an official candidate for Miss Universe Philippines 2024.
