MISSION:

Sa pamamagitan nito kami ay tutugon sa:

  • Pagpapanatili ng kaayusan, kalinisan at luntiang kapaligiran
  • Pagsisikap na masaayos ang sistema at polisiya sa pamimili at pangangalaga ng mga ari-arian
  • Epektibong pagsisinop ng mga mahahalagang dokumento
  • Pagpapaunlad at pagpapanatili ng kaayusan ng mga pasilidad at lugar paupahan ng PGB

 

VISION:

Ang PGSO ang nagpapasimula ng kalinisan, pamimili, pagsasaayos, pangangalaga at pagpapaunlad ng mga ari-arian/dokumento tungo sa isang progresibo, kaaya-aya at malusog na lalawigan.

 

FUNCTIONS:

  • Develops and maintains an effective and efficient management system for all physical resources, failities, properties, and supplies of the Provincial Government
  • Develops, installs and maintains efficient, effective, and transparent mechanisms for physical resources (including supplies and other government properties), acquisition, utilization and mobilization, maintenance, upkeep preservation and protection, and disposal
  • Develops and maintains an effective and efficient records management

 

PROGRAMS:

A. Records and Archives Management Program

A program which includes systems, projects and activities for centralized and effective records and archives management system
Activities are as follows:

  • Classification and maintenance of records turned over to PGSO
  • Submission of records disposition schedule of Records Management and Archives Office
  • Appraisal and disposal of records

B. Facilities Management Program

A program that aims to sustain a developed, economically competitive and well maintained facilities owned by the Provincial Government of Bulacan.
Activities are as follows:

  • Marketing/Leasing of commercial facilities and establishments
  • Implementation of policies of facility management
  • Monitoring of the facilities

C. Maintenance Management Program

A program that promotes and implements preventive and systematic maintenance of the facilities, equipment and the like.
Activities are as follows:

  • Preventive maintenance through intensive and prompt inspection and repair/replacement of defective fixtures, equipment and the like. It is also known as work "by administration"
  • Supervision of all "by contract" projects base on quality and target time of work
  • Assistance and support to all programs/projects implemented by different PGB offices

D. Supply and Property Management Program

A program that consists of systems, policies and activities that initiates transparent, accurate, complete and timely supply and property management
Activities are as follows:

  • Consolidation and preparation of Annual Procurement Management Plan
  • G-EPS (Government Electronic Procurement System)
  • Reconciliation of property and accounting records
  • PGB properties inventory and insurance

E. Hygiene Management Program

A program that aims to install and sustain the orderliness and cleanliness in capitol buildings, grounds and hospitals.
Activities are as follows:

  • Continuous campaign on cleanliness and orderliness in capitol buildings and grounds
  • Bayanihan sa 5S
  • Sulong Kalinisan: Pagsibol ng Kagandahan sa Kapitolyo
  • Banyo Day
  • Project: "Tanggal Bara, Tuloy Agos ng Tubig Kanal"

 

ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Linis Paligid Project (1st Place) awarded by the Civil Service Commission Region 3
  • Bayanihan Award 2000 (1st Place)
  • Bayanihan Award 2001 (1st Place)
  • 5S on Good Housekeeping 2002 (Ikalawang Gantimpala - Category A - Big Office)
  • 5S on Good Housekeeping 2005 (Ikalawang Karangalan para sa Unang Semestre ng 2005 - Category A - Big Office)
