• Known as the "Father of North Luzon Expressway" for his continuous concern in the immediate construction/repair of the NLEX for the convenience of commuters and motorists
• Known as the "Father of the City of Malolos" when he authored RA 8754 which made the way for the cityhood of Malolos
• Helped indigent students to have a quality education by providing scholarship programs
• He had been the instrument of Bulacan State University and other educational institutions in realizing its objective to provide quality education to students through the construction of school buildings especially that of Industrial Technology Building
• He is known for his struggle in claiming the Water Right of the Province of Bulacan as provided for under Sec. 7 Article 10 of the Constitution and Sec. 289-293 of the Local Government Code
