Accomplishments

The construction of the provincial courthouse was started during his term.

December 3, 1920 – Marcelo H. del Pilar's remains arrived at Pier 3, in Manila from Spain.

December 6, 1920 – His bones were brought to Malolos for necrological services and then brought to Bulacan, Bulacan,.

December 8, 1920 – Plaridel's remains were brought to Manila. Big state service was given, later he was buried at the musuleo dela Veteranos dela Revolucion in Cementerio del Norte.

Later his remains were brought back to his shrine in Bulacan, Bulacan.

Union Magsasaka was formed by Manuel Palomares of Bulacan, Bulacan. This was one of the first peasant consolidations to fight for reforms in tenancy. It was later known as Kapatirang Magsasaka which was headed by a man known as Almazar from Baliuag.
