CITY OF MALOLOS – With this year’s theme “Unang Republikang Pilipino: Gabay Tungo sa Napapanahong Pagbabago,” the Provincial Government of Bulacan will commemorate the 124th Anniversary of the First Philippine Republic of 1899 at the historic grounds of Barasoain Church in this city on Monday, January 23, 2023, 8:00 o’clock in the morning.

Governor Daniel R. Fernando will be joined by First District Representative Danilo A. Domingo as the honorary guest who will lead the flag raising and wreath-laying ceremonies together with Vice Governor Alexis C. Castro.

The program will also be attended by Bulacan Provincial Director PCOL Relly B. Arnedo, OIC-Executive Director Carminda R. Arevalo of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, City of Malolos Mayor Christian D. Natividad and department heads and some employees of the PGB. ###
