Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Eduardo M. Año said that only the best among the bests were given the said recognition because they want to aim for quality and not just quantity.
“While we dedicate our lives to public service, we have also embraced all the challenges and sacrifices that come along with it. But despite of all these intricacies, our awardees perform exceptionally and proven that they are above the rest,” Año said.
Acting Governor Daniel R. Fernando expressed his gratitude to all the organizations and volunteer workers in the province who tirelessly support the Provincial Government and said that they are the reason behind Bulacan’s success.
Aside from the Provincial Government, three Bulacan municipalities were also conferred with the same award including the Municipal Government of Baliwag, Guiguinto and Plaridel.
